OpenLine is a new regular monthly feature from YogaSpirit. In this free call-in discussion, I will be available to answer questions about any aspect of breathing as it relates to Yoga practice, Pilates or movement therapies. Possible topics include the basic anatomy of breathing, the mechanics of spinal movement, coordinating the three diaphragms (bandhas), and how to stretch and strengthen the key structures of the breathing body.
